Privacy Policy

01 What we do not collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, ID documents or a password. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies or third-party marketing pixels.

02 Information involved in a swap

To complete an order we need, and process:

• the assets, networks and amounts you choose;
• your destination address, and your refund address if you add one, including any memo or tag;
• the deposit and payout transaction details, which are public on the blockchain;
• the order ID and order status.

Wallet addresses and transactions are pseudonymous, but they are public and can sometimes be linked to a person. We use this information only to execute, track and support your order, to issue refunds, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

03 Technical data

Like most websites, our web server and our network provider (Cloudflare) automatically process your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request, in order to deliver the site, keep it secure and defend against attacks. Server logs are kept for a limited time and are not used to build profiles of visitors.

04 Data stored in your browser

The site uses your browser’s local storage, not cookies, to remember:

• recent market prices, so pages load faster;
• orders you created, so that the order link (/order/<id>) can reopen them on this device.

This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for fluxswap.app.

05 Third parties

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

• Liquidity providers receive the order details from section 2 so they can execute your swap. They may apply their own transaction screening and privacy policies.
• Market data and content providers. To show live prices, coin icons, fonts and scripts, your browser connects directly to CoinGecko, Binance, CoinPaprika, Ledger (coin icons), Google Fonts, unpkg and cdnjs. These services receive your IP address and browser information as part of a normal web request.
• Hosting and network providers that serve the website and protect it from abuse.
• Telegram, if you contact our support there. Your messages are then also subject to Telegram’s privacy policy.
• Authorities, when we are legally required to respond to a valid request, or to protect against fraud, theft or illegal activity.

We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.

06 How long we keep data

We keep order records for as long as needed to complete the order, handle support and refunds, and meet any legal or accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Information recorded on a blockchain is public and permanent and cannot be deleted by us or anyone else.

07 Security

The site is served only over HTTPS with strict security headers, and access to order data is limited to what is needed to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

08 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Because we do not hold accounts, we may need your order ID and proof that you control the related address to find and act on your data. Contact us using the details below to make a request.

09 Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process data from children.

10 Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
